These skills include the ability to prepare a well-structured script for the presentation that emphasizes the chosen position with supporting arguments (backed up by facts and statistics). Although the class focus on academic presentations, the skills developed throughout this class are applicable to other domains, such as the preparation of marketing pitches, job interviews, progress reports, and so on.
